Lists are extremely helpful for collecting, organizing, accomplishing, and sharing information.

Here are the best apps in 2022 for creating, organizing, and sharing lists to live a more productive life.

1. Twos

Twos is my personal favorite list-making app.

You can create a list of any *thing* (notes, reminders, events, to-dos, etc.).

Every day, you get a new daily list to remember *things* called Today.

It has collaboration and public lists which can be shared with a universal link.

You can use it on any device with an iOS app, Android app, and website.

It is free to use.

2. Todoist

Todoist is a great task manager.

It is helpful for organizing tasks into lists for projects and dates.

It is limited only to to-dos.

It can also be used on any device.

The paid version is $3/mo.

3. TickTick

This is another to-do list app.

It has to-dos, reminders, and calendar functionality.

It is available on any device.

It has a free version.

The premium version is $27.99 per year.

4. Any.do

Any.do is another great task management app.

It is available on any device.

It incorporates to-dos with reminders so you can plan your day.

You can easily collaborate with other users.

The paid version is also $2.99/mo.

5. Things3

This is another great to-do list app.

Very well designed.

It is only designed for task management so missed a lot of the journaling, list-making, and events aspect of Twos.

It is exclusive to the iOS ecosystem.

One-time purchase of $9.99 for the mobile app, $19.99 for the iPad app, and $49.99 for the desktop app.

6. Remember The Milk

Another great task management app.

Limited only to to-dos.

No collaboration features in the free version.

The paid version is $39.99 per year.

7. Google Tasks

Again, this is strictly for tasks and to-dos.

It has a simple, intuitive design.

It is free to use and plays nicely with the iOS ecosystem.

8. Apple Reminders

This is another great list app.

It incorporates to-dos and reminders.

Has recurring to-dos and task carry-over similar to Twos.

It makes sharing and collaborating on lists difficult.

It is only available in the iOS ecosystem.

No free version. Paid tier is $2/mo.

9. TeuxDeux

A great to-do list app.

Has a nice system of days and basic lists.

Can collaborate with up to 6 people.

Available on any device.

It costs $3/mo.

10. AnyList

Great for grocery lists and recipes.

No reminders, calendars, or events.

Easy to collaborate and share lists.

Available on any platform.

Paid tier is $9.99 per year for an individual and $14.99 per year for a family.

Final Thoughts

My personal favorite it Twos.

I left a lot of great apps off this list.

They are not specifically list apps or I didn’t believe they are better than the apps on this list.

If you have a suggestion, please leave a comment, and I will be happy to update the list :).

Happy Twosday.
