Hey Carl, that was a great article. I completely agree with your definitions and differences. I'm not sure the NEED to be separate tho. I actually prefer using a single tool (similar to the A5), rather than needing to flip between multiple programs or notebooks. I build a tool that helps people keep all of their *things*—notes, reminders, events, tasks, thoughts, etc.—in one simple place (https://www.TwosApp.com). It has an events section and a list to put tasks, notes, etc., so they are separate, but it keeps it all in one place to make it easier on you. Do you think that's possible or do you really believe in keeping things separate in different places?
